Group Fitness Classes
As a certified personal trainer and fitness professional, I am excited to announce the launch of my own platform, GET FIT! I will be offering online and outdoor fitness classes, wellness opportunities, and special health-related events.
One of the things I have most missed in this isolating COVID world is the social aspect of my workouts; I loved seeing many of you in classes at SoulCycle, SLT and Exceed and developed friendships through those venues that I treasure to this day (you know who you are!).
My main goal with GET FIT! is to build a community. Stay tuned for upcoming fitness information!

Personal Training
As a personal trainer, I will work with you to develop a physical fitness regimen that you can maintain in sessions with me as well as on your own. We will approach exercise as a healthy lifestyle choice and address concerns regarding using it as a compensatory behavior. Clients with eating disorders are required to have permission from their medical doctor and/or therapist prior to beginning an exercise program.
PT Sessions
CLUTCH, HOME GYM, ZOOM: 50-minute, tailored program using cardio equipment and weights.
AS A PRECAUTION, ALL IN-PERSON SESSIONS OF ALL TYPES ARE SCHEDULED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, VACCINE REQUIRED. ALL SESSIONS OF ALL TYPES WILL BE CONDUCTED IN A MUTUALLY AGREED UPON SETTING.
Through the GET FIT platform, we’ll build community virtually so that, even in these challenging times, we can pursue health, fitness, and wellness.
