When recovering from an eating or activity disorder, coaching compliments any recovery plan—a compassionate approach to support and guide each person through behavioral changes that come from a place of truth without judgment. Our work together is tailored to your specific issues and needs, with the goal of putting your healthy self in charge of your life.

Coaching focuses on the how rather than the why—meaning our work is designed to help you address how your eating disorder, dysfunctional eating or activity disorder is affecting your daily life, impacting the choices you make and the goals you pursue. A balanced and flexible relationship with food helps foster a healthier, more appreciative relationship with your body. A healthy approach to physical fitness has proven beneficial effects on mood, sleep, immunity and cognition.
